Whether you all realize it or not, I am studying for something, and I am taking you along for the ride…

Having said that…Let’s dive in…

The same life giving breath that filled Adam’s lungs and transformed him from dirt to flesh was breathed to write the Bible and is breathed into us through His Spirit to give life to our spirit.

II Timothy 3

¹⁶ All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,

The prophecies of the Bible are fully accurate.  This is further proof to the validity of the Bible and its message.

II Peter 1

²¹ For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

While the battles still go on about things being doctored and taken away from the Word, we cannot forget that there was nothing going on that God could not control.  Anyone who tries to add or take away anything from the Word will have a steep penalty.

Revelation 22

 ¹⁸ I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this scroll: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to that person the plagues described in this scroll. ¹⁹ And if anyone takes words away from this scroll of prophecy, God will take away from that person any share in the tree of life and in the Holy City, which are described in this scroll.

Communication between people is active.  It can induce all sorts of emotions and things of that nature.  It can bring encouragement and life to a person who is down.  It can save the life of someone in danger.  If our words can do that, imagine what God’s Word can do.

Hebrews 4

¹² For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

Isn’t it amazing?  There is so much more to this.  The prophecies along that we see fulfilled in the Bible is jaw dropping.  The probabilities of Christ fulfilling all the prophecies foretold of Him, which He did, is astronomical.  I believe in just three days He fulfilled so many prophecies that the probabilities of that happening on its own randomly is 1 in 10 to the 17^th power….that is 1 in 1,000,000,000,000,000,000.  From a study I heard, that is like taking the entire state of Texas, filling it up 3 feet from border to border (north to south, east to west) with thin mint cookies.  Taking one thin mint cookie and licking all the chocolate off of it and dropping it randomly into Texas…blindfolding someone and sending them off into Texas, then bend down ONCE and pick up that cooking….that has the probability of happening 1 in 10 to the 17^th power.  

That is just a few of the prophecies, now image the probability of them all happening (which they have, except Revelation debatably), now the same God who foretold that has communicated His Spiritual desires for us, for our betterment.  Imagine, if we dig and find out, how wonderful it all must be.
